A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jonathan was educated at Ribblesdale High School, Clitheroe and studied for A Levels at St Marys College Blackburn.

Jonathan began his accountancy career at Ashworth Moulds in Burnley before joining Pierce in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. He was the runner up in the ICAEW North West Student Society Awards for Trainee accountant of the year in 2008 and has been the treasurer of the ICAEW North West Student Society.

He works mainly in the business services team specialising in statutory accounts preparation, management accounts, managing solicitors SRA audits along with company audit work.

His hobbies and interests include sports, walking and other outdoor activities.
