This is an area where Pierce has shown its dynamic and proactive stance, being the first firm in this area to have a dedicated forensic department.

John Green, Director, is a Law Society recognised Expert Witness and leads our team of specialists in both claimant and defendant work, all of whom have court experience.

Many instructions are received on a joint basis and we are very experienced in acting as single joint experts on a range of matters including personal injury and matrimonial cases.

All forensic assignments draw on the expertise of our five strong dedicated department, together with the resources of Pierce’s multi-disciplinary teams.
