After graduating at Manchester University and training with a local firm for his accountancy qualifications, Eddie joined Pierce in 1983.

He became a Partner in February 1988 and now Director following incorporation in June 2004.

Married with two children, he lives in Pendle and his interests away from the office include fell walking, cycling and travel.
