Lancashire Brick & Tile appoints Pierce to advise business

We are pleased to announce that we have appointed by Lancashire Brick & Tile a leading UK specialist in the supply of façade materials for the building trade.

Founded in 1990 by managing director, Martyn Wells, Lancashire Brick & Tile is based on Manchester Road in Bolton, and now employs 12 staff.

The business specialises in supplying products including bricks, natural stone, architectural masonry and terracotta cladding to customers in the region plus further afield including a recent high profile project in Abu Dhabi, during the construction of the landmark Al Bandar complex on Al Raha Beach.

Previous projects have included the supply of 7,500 sq m of terracotta cladding for 11 tower blocks as part of a Greater Manchester regeneration project; work on Nelson Town Hall in East Lancashire and Carlisle Police headquarters; and the supply of more than half a million bricks for a University of Liverpool campus.

Lancashire Brick & Tile is the UK distributor for Terreal, a large European manufacturer of terracotta, and has recently forged a partnership with a German brick manufacturer.

The company primarily markets its products and advises on specifications to architects, developers and housing associations. It has signed up Pierce as its accountants and business advisors to supply a range of services including audit, accounts and personal tax advice.
