Mark trained for his accountancy qualifications with KPMG and qualified in 1988. Before joining Pierce in 1997, Mark worked for several years in a consultative capacity, with two large firms of business advisors and also as a consultant for National Westminster Bank.
Mark has played an important role in the recent development of the firm and became a Partner in 2000 and now a Director following incorporation in June 2004.
Whilst working in all areas of general practice, Mark specialises in business development and strategic planning, working closely with clients, understanding where their business is currently, where it wants to be in the future and then providing the direction to achieve this goal.
Married with 4 children Mark lives on the Fylde Coast and his interests away from work revolve mainly around sport – football, rugby, cricket and golf.
