Membership: Member of the International Compliance Association
Before joining Pierce in 1998, Mary-Lou spent over 20 years working in industry, finally as Managing Director of an East Lancashire manufacturing business. Her role as Practice Manager is all encompassing including the management of Marketing, HR, Health and Safety and office facilities generally. Mary-Lou is married with a ‘grown-up’ daughter and is keenly interested in outdoor pursuits.
