I have gained much experience in leading audits, preparing accounts and in ad hoc assignments that assist clients with the management information needed to run their businesses. I trained at a very similar accountancy practice to Pierce, based in Bradford. After eight years there, I moved across to the other side of the Pennines to work for Pierce in August 2014.

How did you end up working for an accountancy practice?
In my late teens I decided that I wanted to work in accountancy because I saw it as an opportunity to see local businesses in action and to work with a variety of people and businesses. I’m very pleased I made the decision, as I do enjoy my job.
Together with my wife (who is Hungarian), I serve as a minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses in the Hungarian group of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Bolton.
