Whilst working in all areas of general practice, I specialise in business development and strategic planning, working closely with clients, understanding where their business is currently, where it wants to be in the future and then providing the direction to achieve this goal.
How did you end up working for an accountancy practice?
I trained for my accountancy qualifications with KPMG and qualified in 1988. Before joining Pierce in 1997, I worked for several years in a consultative capacity, with two large firms of business advisors and also as a consultant for National Westminster Bank. I have played an important role in the recent development of the firm and became a Partner in 2000, and now a Director following incorporation in June 2004.
