Brief overview of job role:
I had four years of accounting experience in small practice prior to joining pierce. It was a big decision for me to change firms and I think I chose the best option. My career has changed since joining pierce as I am gaining valuable experience in audit & accounts department with skilful staff around me.
My career journey:
My accounting teacher and vice principal of Bolton sixth form college advised me to become an accountant. He pointed out my strengths and weaknesses and directed me how to thrive accounting skills. I have achieved BSc honours in Finance & Accounting and MAAT qualified. I have two exams left for ACCA. I am hopeful I will be chartered accountant before 2019.

Teamwork and skills in each department. Everyone is very supportive and always willing to help.
