SAGE have increased their investment in the development of the Sage 50 Accounts infrastructure resulting in significant improvements in performance – particularly over a network. This seems to have gone down very well with feedback from testers as follows:-
“Having tested the program across a network it’s clear that the old issue of locking should be greatly improved”
“Something I think both customers and technicians will be impressed with is the improvement in processing when on a network”
“The biggest improvements are speed and the ability to process on multi-client machines without locking the program. This is something technicians will be impressed with as will customers”
“…whilst testing the performance of v2012 I feel that the performance has increased dramatically in some areas compared to V2011. The main areas I have seen an improvement are around the activities in the program (bank/nominal/customer/suppliers), and an improvement in populating other lists such as the bank reconciliation screens.”
SAGE have developed exciting mobile offerings to enable a more flexible options for our customers to access their data on the move.
