Our Approach to COVID-19 Risk Assessment & Control

We welcome you back to our offices at Mentor House.

After a rigorous process of risk assessing our business, following the latest government advice, in relation to COVID-19, we have decided to reopen our office for client meetings.

Meetings will continue to be held online where possible, however, we fully understand and accept that some clients would rather conduct business face to face and some meetings are difficult to hold online.

The welfare of our team and clients is always our first priority so if you do require a meeting in our offices you can do this feeling assured that we have in place all the precautions to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and keep you safe.

Below is our procedure for holding a meeting in our offices:

The sharing of paper documents between members of staff and clients presents a significant transmission risk and therefore we are trying as much as possible to utilise electronic documents to reduce this risk.

We are also asking clients where possible to provide books and records electronically however should this not be possible we still have a drop off facility at our Blackburn offices on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week between the hours of 8:30-10:30 am.

Please do not drop off documents outside of these times.

The majority of our employees are still working from home.

So, although elements of our service will be different, we are committed to making sure that our team is available to support you as much as needed, taking the pressure off you whilst providing quality advice and guidance.

Thank you for your understanding.
