Role Summary
Aaron is a Director and Head of Forensic Services at Pierce.
Aaron’s specialist areas are commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, matrimonial proceedings, forensic investigations and non-contentious valuations. He regularly advises on forensic accounting and valuation matters and prepares independent and party‐appointed/single joint expert witness reports.
Aaron works nationally with clients and their instructing solicitors across a broad range of industries. His clients include law firms, UK and international corporates, private equity houses, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and private individuals.
Career Background
After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a Master of Engineering, Aaron trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in the audit department of a ‘top 6’ firm in London. In 2015, he transferred to the forensic services division, where his experience included a one-year secondment to the UK Serious Fraud Office
Following a relocation to the Northwest in 2017, Aaron has continued to focus on forensic accounting and valuations, holding senior positions at both boutique and top-10 accounting firms before joining Pierce in 2026.
Aaron is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Hobbies
Outside of work, Aaron is a busy father of three, an active member of his local church, and a regular gym-goer, with the occasional dads’ football match.
Unusual Fact
Aaron once played alongside Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup winner Jonny Evans, and has also had the pleasure of dining with football legend Sir Bobby Charlton.
Bucket List
Aaron would like to go on a world cruise, visit the Galápagos Islands, and attend a World Cup Final!

Walt Disney World, Florida, with the family. For me, it really is the happiest place on earth!
