Role Summary
I support the team across a range of corporate finance assignments, including business sales, acquisitions, fundraising, financial due diligence and valuations. My role includes financial analysis and modelling, market and sector research, preparation of transaction materials and supporting the execution of deals from initial engagement through to completion.
Career Background
I began my career in financial services preparing accounts for small manager-owned businesses, before moving to Pierce in 2020. At Pierce I completed my ACA qualification, which I completed in 2024, whilst working across audit and accounts engagements.
From 2025 I managed and led audits across a wide range of industries before switching to Pierce’s corporate finance team in 2026.
Hobbies
My main hobbies are running and hybrid style training.
