With over 30 years of experience in credit control and credit management, bringing extensive expertise in debt recovery, customer account management, cash flow improvement, and maintaining strong client relationships across a range of industries.

Hobbies

I love live music and spend as much time at gigs as possible. I enjoy a wide range of music, from Foo Fighters and Paul Weller to, more recently, Taylor Swift!

Going on holiday is also high on my list, with plenty of city breaks planned for the coming year, if I get my way.

I also love spending time with my beautiful three-year-old grandson, who has recently been diagnosed with autism. He's amazing fun and brings so much joy to our family.

Unusual Fact about yourself

I once met Michael Jackson when he came to London for his wax work completing at Madame Tussauds but I was quite young, didn’t really know who he was and didn’t know what all the fuss was about.

To visit Japan, Australia and Canada on an around the world trip.

Favourite place

Venice is one of my favourite places to visit; it’s a beautiful place (when I’m not getting lost).

I love Sushi!

Favourite movie or song and why

Music - My Hero by the Foo Fighters as I just love the words… “there goes my hero he’s ordinary.” 
Film: Would be The Shawshank Redemption I think Ive watched it around 20 times.
