Role Summary
As Associate Director at Pierce Corporate Finance, I play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, management buyouts, and growth funding. With a strong focus on mid-market transactions, I provide strategic guidance and support to clients through every stage of the transaction process. I help business owners unlock value and achieve their growth or exit ambitions.
Career Background
I began my career as a professional rugby union player, representing Sale Sharks, Coventry, and Cornish Pirates before retiring through injury. Transitioning into finance, I joined an accountancy practice to complete my AAT qualification and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2015.
With a solid grounding in accounts preparation and statutory audit, I joined Pierce in April 2018, initially working within the audit and accounts team. In 2020, I transitioned into corporate finance, where I now specialise in advising business owners on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, and growth funding. My practical experience, commercial insight, and commitment to client success make me a trusted adviser in the mid-market deal space.
Hobbies
I coach my youngest son’s football team and take a keen interest in watching all my children’s (4) sporting activities.
