Role Summary

As Marketing & Administration Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the firm's marketing activities and supporting the efficient day-to-day running of administrative processes. My role includes planning and delivering marketing campaigns, managing events, coordinating communications across the business, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. I also work closely with colleagues across our offices to support operational activities, improve processes and help deliver a high level of service to both clients and staff.

Career Background

Before joining Pierce in 2020, I spent more than ten years in the travel industry before moving into roles with two local breweries. I began my career at Pierce within the Administrative Support Team, gaining a strong understanding of the firm's operations and the wide range of accountancy services and advisory solutions we provide to businesses and individuals.

I later transitioned into the marketing team while completing a Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship, which I successfully achieved in June 2023. Since then, I have continued to develop my career and now hold the position of Marketing & Administration Manager. In this role, I oversee the firm's marketing activity, events, communications and brand development, while also managing the Central Administration Teams across our Blackburn, Bolton and Bury offices. Working closely with colleagues throughout the business, I support the promotion of Pierce’s services, drive operational improvements and help ensure the delivery of a consistent, high-quality experience for both clients and staff.

Hobbies

I enjoy running and attend several fitness classes, including boxing and Dance Cycle. I also enjoy going to gigs.

I still get my fix for the travel industry by travelling to as many destinations as my holiday allocation and bank balance will allow!

Bucket List

To keep ticking off the countries I have visited.

Favourite Place

I am undecided between Thailand and Jamaica. Two very different countries and cultures but I love them both and hope to live in either in the future.

Favourite Food

I am a foodie, so I don't have one favourite, however, I definitely don't like peas unless they are the mushy variety. My go-to cuisine choice is Italian.
