Role Summary
Associate Director of our Blackburn and Bolton payroll team, supervising the performance of the department and ensuring we deliver compliant payroll services to our clients.
When required, I also support clients with any CJRS, NMW & PAYE enquiries.
Career Background
I started at Pierce in 2013 as an apprentice within the payroll team. I was promoted to Assistant Payroll Manager in 2018, progressing to Payroll Manager in 2020. In 2024, I was promoted to Payroll Associate Director.
Hobbies
Gigs, Festivals, Karaoke, Dungeons & Dragons.
Unusual Fact
I once sang karaoke for 30 hours to raise money for East Lancashire Hospice.
Favourite Place
New York – my wife and I went here on our honeymoon.
Favourite food
Cheese and cucumber sandwiches.
