Additional specialisms include Research and Development tax credits, Company Structure and Corporate Finance work on acquisitions, disposals and Management buy-outs (MBOs).
Career Background
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 having joined Pierce as a trainee back in 2006.
After a short stint working for a technology company in industry, I re-joined Pierce in early 2019 as part of a team which led the management buy-out of the Group.
Hobbies
A keen golfer and Blackburn Rovers supporter.
