Strengthening Our Team: New Starters at Pierce This Year

2025 has been a significant period of growth for Pierce and a substantial part of the growth is the expansion of our team. We are delighted to introduce our new starters across both the Blackburn and Bolton offices and many departments.

We’re delighted to welcome several new faces across the firm:

• Accounts team: Scott Worthington, Nasik Shakeel, Rosie O'Boyle, Amjad Butt, and Amber Gardner bring fresh energy and skills. Bilal Piperdy also joined as Accounts Director.
• Tax: Rebecca Bolton joins as Tax Director, strengthening our advisory services in areas such as corporate structuring and shareholder planning. Mia Barlow adds Inheritance Tax expertise, with Mouid Ganah and Ben Crowley further enhancing our personal tax offering.
• Corporate Finance: Charles Needham came on board in June, bringing strong Merger and Acquisition expertise. The team has already celebrated three successful deals — including the sale of a play centre to an international buyer, a family business management buyout, and the sale of a debt advisory firm to a London-based professional services group.
• Cloud Accounting: Tom Razaq and Brooke Blades join the growing team, focusing on the upcoming Making Tax Digital changes from April 2026. Barbara Fawcett also steps in as Assistant Manager, alongside trainees Matthew Waddicor and Emily Hall.
• Audit: Faiza Qureshi and Hannah Topham strengthen the team with valuable experience, while Eddy Ho joins as Senior Audit Advisor.
• HR: Chloe Collier has joined to support the development and well-being of our expanding workforce.

We’re equally pleased to welcome:

• Accounts team: Shelby Beattie, Adelaide Muzungu, Anthony Campbell, Agnieszka Lewtak, and Charlotte Jackson.
• Cloud Accounting: Zain Fahim joins with specialist expertise in digital solutions, while Adam Hill begins his career journey with us as a trainee, having recently completed his GCSEs.

This strategic growth reflects Pierce’s ongoing commitment to investing in people and providing exceptional client service, with more new team members expected to join before the close of 2025.
