Director within the Corporate Finance team, I have particular experience in delivering pragmatic, commercial advice to my clients. A spell in industry with an IT business and as an equity investor allows me to understand the motivations of both management teams and funders.
Background
Having worked trained as a Chartered Accountant I started work in Corporate Finance in 1998 and since this time have delivered transactions across a wide variety of sectors including engineering, healthcare, hospitality and leisure, consultancy and waste management.
Hobbies
Reading and attempting to learn French.
Favourite place to visit
The North Yorkshire Coast or anywhere warm with a sun lounger and a bar within walking distance.
Unusual Fact
Having completed an Ironman distance triathlon I also completed a nearly* marathon in under four hours. [*For a number of years the Manchester Marathon was measured 250 metres short of the full distance!]
